Interface Examples
- 1.This
is an example of a detailed
payables screen for a specific vendor.
All items for the vendor are shown in the list at the top of
the screen. Details for the current item are shown below the
list. The details are refreshed as the cursor is moved to a different
item in the list. Fields in the detail which have limited choices
from which to select will show those choices in a drop down list
by clicking on the down arrow to the right of the field.
-
- 2.This
screen shows input
fields for results of a blood chemistry test. The normal
high and low boundaries for each measurement is configurable.
If the entered measurement is above the high, the field turns
red. If it's below the low, it turns blue. The fields in gray
are calculated and displayed by the program when the related
fields are filled in.
-
- 3.This
screen is an example of a
customer data entry screen. At the top is an alphabetical
list of all customers. The bottom portion shows details for the
current customer, divided into three "pages".
-
- 4.This
screen is an example of a
configuration screen which allows the entry of free-form text.
This text is printed on customer packing slips. The text selected
is based on the customer's status.
-
- 5.This
screen is an example of a
definition for a fax cover sheet. The
portion at the top is standard text to appear at the top of all
faxes, and is configured by the user in a separate option. The
rest applies to the current project. Everything already filled
in is done so automatically by the program based on the current
project. Any of this information may be changed for the cover
sheet.
-
- 6.This
screen represents a summary
of a large amount of information. This is for a service
call tracking system. The top list represents customer locations,
and may be sorted on almost any field shown. The second list
shows units installed at that location, and the bottom list shows
service calls made to the location. The additional "pages"
show details for each of these lists.
-
- 7.This
screen is used for printing
single address labels. The rectangles shown represent
the bottom half of a sheet of labels. By clicking on any rectangle,
the words "Label will print here" moves to that rectangle,
and shows which label will be used when the label is printed.
